Connecticut Food Survey

What is Important When You Grocery Shop?

How have recent price increases affected you?

Do you shop in different places to cover different needs?

Would the ability to buy wine in grocery stores affect you?

Are you satisfied with your options?

We mailed out the survey to thousands of  Connecticut residents, if you received a code in the mail you were selected to participate. Results are shared with policy-makers, representatives of the food industry, government agencies, and the public to better serve the people of our state!

This online survey will take about 20 minutes.  You can use your phone’s browser or a computer. While we cannot pay everybody you will be invited, upon completion of the survey, to enter a drawing for five $100 visa gift cards and twenty $50 visa gift cards, which can be used anywhere that accepts credit cards. The odds of winning are based on the number of entries received. The raffle will be held at the completion of data collection. Your responses will not influence your chance of winning a gift card.
