M.S. in Applied & Resource Economics
The MS in Agricultural and Resource Economics traditional option is ideal for students interested in a concentrated area of Agricultural and Resource Economics. The MS program normally admits students in Fall only and takes 3 to 4 semesters to complete. The MS course work presumes students have previously taken courses in intermediate microeconomic theory, intermediate macroeconomic theory, two semesters of calculus, statistics and linear algebra.
Our Accelerated MS in Applied and Resource Economics program allows students admitted to our BS programs to start their graduate coursework during their fourth year, to graduate with an MS after five years. Coursework and expectations are the same as the traditional option. Application for this option is available to students in their second year of their BS program.
