Assessing the economic impact of power outages and exploring preferences in adaptation strategies among the coastal population in Connecticut.

Examining how access to both financial resources (income, savings, and education) and social assets (social connectivity and networks) influences adaptation choices in mitigating flood-related costs in coastal communities.
